As compared to its prequel the film lacks a strong storyline and screenplay. Even though it has better fight sequences and stunts, it is still a decent one time watch film. The film lacks the chemistry between Robert Downey Jr and Gwyneth. The role of Scarlett is quite less. The climax of the film has a fight sequence which is more like a video game. The only thing good about the film is the acting skill of Robert and Mickey Rourke. So if you wish to go and watch the film, go for these two.
In the opening of the film Tony Stark (Robert) declares that he is the Iron Man and is good enough to keep America safe. But American Police feel that they are being overshadowed by him. On the other hand Ivan Vanko (Mickey) is the one who works day and night out to develop a robot to destroy the Iron Man. Well not so impressive story on a whole.
