Song heavy

Harmonix and MTV Games have announced that Rock Band 3, the new music simulation title coming in the fall, will feature no less than 83 tracks on the disk and will allow for more simulation options that any other competing title.

In addition to keeping the three part vocal harmonies, which were initially seen in last year's The Beatles: Rock Band, the fresh game will be delivering a keyboard peripheral set to permit players to experience music as they have never done before.

Harmonix is also making it easier for players to customize their songs lists and then share them with friends and other players, allowing for music tastes to be more easily discerned. The list of songs the developer has confirmed for Rock Band 3 includes:

Metric - “Combat Baby”
Rilo Kiley - “Portions for Foxes”
Them Crooked Vultures - “Dead End Friends”
The Vines - “Get Free”
The White Stripes - “The Hardest Button to Button”
Phoenix - “Lasso”
Ida Maria - “Oh My God”
Juanes - “Me Enamora”
Jane’s Addiction - “Been Caught Stealing”
Smash Mouth - “Walkin’ on the Sun”
Spacehog - “In the Meantime”
Stone Temple Pilots - “Plush”
Dio - “Rainbow in the Dark”
Huey Lewis and the News - “The Power of Love”
Joan Jett - “I Love Rock and Roll”
Night Ranger - “Sister Christian”
Whitesnake - “Here I Go Again”
The Cure - “Just Like Heaven”
Ozzy Osbourne - “Crazy Train”
Queen - “Bohemian Rhapsody”
Jimi Hendrix - “Crosstown Traffic”
The Doors - “Break On Through.”

Rock Band 3 is also set to allow players to import music they have downloaded for previous games in the series in order to make sure that the library of tracks offered to fans is as big and varied as possible, with close to 2,000 tracks available.

Cristiano Ronaldo Announces Birth of Child

Cristiano Ronaldo in the latest campaign for Emporio Armani jeans

Though it would be completely understandable to assume that 25-year-old soccer stud Cristiano Ronaldo simply can’t take one step without the media knowing about it – complete with pictures – it seems that the star can – and does – keep secrets if he wants to. Cristiano has just become a father and he’s the firs to break the news to his fans.

Addressing them in a message on his newly set up Twitter and Facebook accounts, Cristiano reveals that he’s just become the happy father of a baby boy. Although immensely happy about it, the star refuses to reveal more details on what is undoubtedly a very personal affair – and even says that the mother of the child has asked him not to have her name made public in the press. What he does say, though, is that he’ll be the guardian of the baby boy, so fans should expect some pictures and even more details soon enough.

“It is with great joy and emotion that I inform I have recently become father to a baby boy. As agreed with the baby's mother, who prefers to have her identity kept confidential, my son will be under my exclusive guardianship. No further information will be provided on this subject and I request everyone to fully respect my right to privacy (and that of the child) at least on issues as personal as these are,” Ronaldo writes in the statement that came as quite a shock for everybody.

Last time the star made headlines for matters pertaining to his personal life, he had supposedly just spent the night with none other than socialite Kim Kardashian, who flew on private jet to where he was for the romantic rendezvous. “The ex-glamour girl was spotted snogging in a top restaurant with cheeky winker Ronaldo, 25, after watching him play for Real Madrid. And later she jumped in a chauffeur-driven Mercedes G-Wagon which discreetly followed Ronaldo’s Audi RS6 back to his city mansion. Kim stayed about four hours. The following day she was driven to the airport in the same car to fly home to the States,” The Sun wrote in April this year, as we also informed you.

As of now, since news of Cristiano becoming a father is still very fresh, even the tabloids are not saying anything from the usual, so-called reliable “insiders.” However, in just a couple of days, fans should expect the rumor mill to go into motion – so keep an eye on this space for when it does.

Zbot Pushers Claim Eminem Is Dead

Fake Eminem car crash rumors exploited by Zbot distributors

Security researchers warn that cybercriminals are employing fake rumors of Eminem's death to infect users with the Zbot trojan. A fake CBS News mail claiming to link to footage of his car crash is actually directing unsuspecting victims to a malicious website.
Fake news of Eminem, also known as Slim Shady, one of the world's best-selling music artists, dying in a car crash have been circulating around the Internet lately, most likely in a bid to generate traffic. Trend Micro reports that malware pushers have jumped at the occasion and are using the rumor in one of their Zbot distribution email campaigns.

"The email pretends to be from CBS News informing the recipient of the news about Eminem's alleged car crash. It also asks if the user wants to see more information about it. A link is provided in the email to show the user the supposed video. Instead of the video, however, the link redirects to a site that downloads an executable file," Maydalene Salvador, anti-spam research engineer at Trend, warns.

The file is an installer for a new ZeuS variant, detected by Trend Micro products as TROJ_ZBOT.HBI. Zbot, also known as ZeuS, is a family of information stealing computer trojans that have proven particularly effective in stealing online banking credentials. Since ZeuS is sold as a crimeware kit, allowing any of the buyers to customize the malware for themselves, new variants of the trojan and command and control servers pop up on a daily basis.

As strange as it might seem, Eminem is not the first celebrity whose fake death was used to spread malware. In October last year, similar fake rumors of Kanye West dying in a car crash were exploitedto distribute scareware via black hat search engine optimization techniques.

Then, in February this year, a BHSEO campaign capitalized on false news that famous actor and comedian Bill Cosby passed away at the age of 72. The poisoned search results on the topic tricked users into downloading rogue antivirus software.

Angelina Jolie Want To Retire From Hollywood

Angelina Jolie says she will not grow old making movies, talks retirement

She’s always said that children and family life come before her job as an actress and, this time, it seems that Angelina Jolie has set a deadline of sorts as regards the time she’ll continue working. In an interview with the latest issue of Vanity Fair magazine, in which she’s promoting her upcoming spy action flick “Salt,” the star talks about thinking of retiring, focusing on family life and what it’s like to be mother to six.

Neither she nor partner Brad Pitt have any interest of growing old making movies, Jolie says very matter of factly: not because they don’t love what they’re doing but rather because they have learned that their priorities lie elsewhere, namely, with their six children. Of course, that’s not to say that they’re not doing their best right now, with the projects they have, but rather that they’ve decided the time will soon come to say good-bye to that and focus on something else.

“It’s not the most important thing in my life,” the star says of working in the movie industry. “Acting helped me as I was growing up. It helped me learn about myself, helped me travel, helped me understand life, express myself, all those wonderful things. So I’m very, very grateful, it’s a fun job. It’s a luxury. Look, I’m at work today in the middle of Venice. But I don’t think I’ll do it much longer. Because I have a happy home… I got back from work last night, and everybody was playing music and dancing and I suddenly found myself dancing around with a bunch of little fun crazy people,” Angelina adds.

And, while she says she could see both herself and Brad doing something else, for the time being, Angelina is focused on her upcoming projects: the spy movie “Salt,” a film with Johnny Depp, and a reported take on the classic Cleopatra story, where she’d play Cleopatra, while Brad Pitt is said to be considered for Marc Anthony. Jolie doesn’t say anything about this last project, but what she does mention is that fans should probably not hold their breath for a “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” sequel – or a film that would see her opposite Brad, for that matter.

“People have tried. And it’s strange: do we have kids in the movie? We’ve thought about that, but it becomes personal now that we actually have kids. And if we work on it, we pull from our own life, which is funny to us, but you feel strange sharing too much. We did ask somebody to look into Mr. & Mrs. to see if they could crack a sequel, but there wasn’t anything original. It was just, Well, they’re going to get married, or they’ve got kids, or they get separated. Never great. I’d love to. We’ve talked about it. We’d have to figure out who’s going to watch the kids, but it’s really about finding the right thing, because we’ve looked. When you’re a couple, there are certain things people don’t want to see you do. It becomes too indulgent, too personal,” Jolie says of sharing the same screen and movie set again with the man who is now her partner and the father of her children.

Nicole Kidman has always been known for her lean and incredibly toned figure, so only a possible baby bump might explain the photos that have recently ended up online. While on a family visit, the actress seemed to be sporting a bit of a tummy, which, as expected, has already sent the rumor mill into overdrive as regards the possibility of her becoming a mother again.

Nicole Kidman is pregnant with her second child, tabloids say

After all, it’s not like she and husband Keith Urban haven’t said many times that they wanted more babies if possible. The Daily Mail, for one, seems convinced that they may get their wish sooner than they may have dreamed, for nothing could otherwise explain a bit of belly on Nicole. Obviously, the tab sees Nicole’s always-fit condition as the ultimate argument to support the pregnancy story.

“She’s famed for her toned physique, so when Nicole Kidman revealed a glimpse of belly, it sparked feverish speculation that daughter Sunday Rose could soon have a sibling to play with. The ultra-slim actress stepped out with husband Keith Urban in a linen skirt, matching top and flip flops. But the 42-year-old was caught unawares as a gust of wind lifted up her cream blouse revealing her midriff,” the Mail writes.

“This week Nicole was in Australia to help her only sister Antonia celebrate her wedding to banker Craig Marran. A well-known TV presenter in Australia, mother-of-four Antonia has relocated to live with Marran in Singapore. But she returned to Sydney to celebrate her new life with her parents and older sister, who flew in from Nashville with Sunday Rose for the occasion,” the tab goes on to say.

So far, reps for Nicole and Keith have not been available to comment but, should this be true, the situation will mirror the one when they first learned they were about to have their first child together. That is to say, the two will probably hold off making an official announcement until the last moment. On the bright side, should Nicole’s family be about to receive another addition, rest assured you’ll find out about it here.

Miley Cyrus Explains Her New Ear Tattoo

“Love is what makes the world go around, and that’s all we need to focus on,” Miley Cyrus says of her new tattoo

This is Miley’s second tattoo: she also has the word “Breathe” scribbled on her ribcage and it’s meant to remind her never to take things for grantedanymore. The one on her ear though got people pretty confused about what to make of it, first of all because it seemed to imply that Miley was getting a bit too involved in this body art thing and, secondly, because she may come to regret later on having gotten it in such a visible place on her body.

In the end, all that matters is that she focuses not on negativity but on the good things in life, Miley says. “There’s so much negativity in the world and what you only need to hear is all the love. People try to say to me, ‘I just heard someone say this or that about you,’ and I just ignore it because it’s irrelevant. Love is what makes the world go around, and that’s all we need to focus on,” Miley explains for E!

In the same interview, the singer also goes into details about her plans for when she’s done promoting her latest album: she will do two brand-new movies and wouldn’t even say no to a directing job either. Sadly, she would have liked to try her hand at directing her favorite television show, but it’s no longer being made: Fran Drescher’s “The Nanny.” One of the things that always attracted Miley to this show was Fran’s crazy and boundary-breaking sense of fashion and she can almost see herself including a clause in Fran’s contract to hand over her outfits to her for directing her, the singer jokes.

“After the release of the new album, Cyrus is set to shoot two movies. She’ll play Demi Moore’s daughter in the comedy LOL. ‘I think it’s going to be good to be around somebody that I love and somebody I can look up to,’ Cyrus said. ‘She’s so smart. She’s had an amazing transformation so I think I can learn a lot from her.’ And it was announced earlier this week that Ms. Cyrus will star as a high-schooler who gets sucked into the nightmares of psychotic people in the movie adaptation of young-adult thriller novel Wake. ‘It’s not silly like zombies chasing you around,’ she said. ‘It’s into the minds of maniacs and people in mental asylums. It’s really kind of dark and scary. It has some gore in it, too’,” E! writes of Miley’s two upcoming projects.

Drake "Thank Me Later" Leak - Download the Album

Hip-hop star Drake's Thank Me Later doesn't officially hit stores until June 15th, but already his new album has leaked. Final versions from tracks off the album can now be found online. Is Drake upset about Thank Me Later leaking early? No way. On his Twitter page he says, "I gave away free music for years so we're good over here...just allow it to be the soundtrack to your summer and ENJOY! JUNE 15th!"
I agree with Drake -- it's all good. People are still going to buy the album. In my opinion, his own people are likely behind it. This leak gets people talking early about the new album. It's free publicity!
I found a blog that offers downloads of tracks off the album. Check it out for a sneak preview at your own risk but be sure to buy Thank Me Later on iTunes or from your local record store. Support artists who work hard making their music! Besides, your computer could get a nasty virus if you download his album from a random internet site.

UPDATE - American Idol Season 9 Winner is Lee DeyWze!!!- He Was the Fan Favorite!

The finale of American Idol is over and the next American Idol is...drum roll please... Lee DeWyze!!! He was very likable, very cool and become much more popular with the viewers than Crystal Bowersox.
So, in the end... he won. Even though the judges gravitated toward Bowersox, as always, the votes came in and it was all for DeWyze!
This is almost not a surprise to me because Lee DeWyze was rumored to be the winner earlier today.
According to The Examiner, a website called dialidol.com , the company that speed dials votes for viewers declared DeWyze the winner before American Idol even came on!
I guess we'll have to pay more attention to what dialidol.com has to say for future contestants on the American Idol show!
Simon also bid farewell to American Idol. Now, I'm left to wonder who will replace the irreplaceable Cowell?
More importantly, now that two of the main judges have left and the current judges are wishy washy at best...is American Idol going to be a rating force when it starts it's 2011 season?
I would say yes, but it will not be the same without Simon Cowell.

Britney Spears Has Another Meltdown, Cuts Her Hair

Britney Spears is heading for another serious meltdown, tabloid claims

Britney Spears is having serious personal issues again, reports in the media are saying. Just recently in Disneyland on Mother’s Day, the singer got into an argument with her boyfriend, Jason Trawick, and had an outburst in which she locked herself in the bathroom and hacked at her hair, InTouch says in its most recent print issue (story via here).
According to the tabloid, which is quoting unnamed insiders that could very well be on of Brit’s bodyguards or nannies (after all, this wouldn’t be the first time than someone from her entourage is selling her to the media), Britney has been having more and more of these episodes. The last time she argued with Jason, she went into the bathroom and cut her hair and then tried to flush it down the toilet, claims InTouch.
“When they checked into the Disneyland Hotel, it looked like Britney and Jason had just had an argument. With the boys in another room with their nannies, Britney locked herself into her hotel room. ‘She started out crying hysterically and refused to go out,’ an insider shares. ‘Jason and the boys were left sitting with the nanny all day. They never got to meet Mickey Mouse.’ That night, things went from bad to worse when Britney ordered scissors sent to her room and began cutting off her hair. The insider says: ‘When the cleaners came to the room, so much hair had been flushed down the toilet, it was blocked’,” the tab writes.

And there’s more, apparently. “Sadly, strange scenes like that one are becoming more and more typical. On May 1, she paid a local tattoo artist $5,000 to ink a red crown on her butt, a pal shares, to show ‘she’s the ruler of her life.’ It hasn’t helped. Britney’s relationship with Jason is more tumultuous than ever, and even her dad has been away lately. ‘Jamie [her father] has spent the last two weeks in Louisiana and only checks in with Britney by phone… he is basically relying on her staff to look after her.’
Feeling unloved, Britney has begun acting out. ‘If things keep going the way they are, she is headed for something very bad’,” InTouch further says.

This is not the first time in recent weeks that such reports make it to the press. In April, for instance, after she was photographed sitting in a car and crying her eyes out, paparazzi were saying that she had started to be increasingly violent towards Jason, believing he was somehow responsible for things going downwards in her life again, as we
also reported at the time.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is Disney's new epic adventure laced with family intrigue, lavish settings and plenty of swashbuckling.

The movie has a British director and several homegrown stars, but a bulging Hollywood budget to give it a family blockbuster feel.

Three of its principal actors - Jake Gyllenhaal, Gemma Arterton and Sir Ben Kingsley - talk about their experiences on set and what the movie means to them.

Why mum's still the word for Hollywood's over-40s

Actress Kelly Preston is among a growing number of women who have children later in life. Picture: Getty Images

Actress Kelly Preston is among a growing number of women who have children later in life. Picture: Getty Images

Several years ago,
Kelly Preston, wife of John Travolta (56) revealed she longed to have another child, admitting: "I thought I would get pregnant when Ella was about four. Then I wanted to work a little bit more, and all of a sudden she's seven."

This week, the actress's wish came true with news that the couple are expecting a baby, their third together, after Ella (10) and Jett (16) who tragically died 16 months ago. Preston's due date has not been announced but it's expected to be this autumn, shortly after her birthday in October -- when she'll turn 48.

The star's later-life pregnancy might raise a few eyebrows, but it's a phenomenon becoming increasingly common in Hollywood and the real world.

The Piano actress Holly Hunter (52) gave birth to twin boys in 2006 aged 47 and Desperate Housewives star Marcia Crosswas 44 when she delivered twin girls Savannah and Eden. Halle Berry and Nicole Kidman were both 41 when they had their first child, as was Salma Hayek when her daughter Valentina was born in 2007.

The actress spoke for women everywhere when she told Marie Claire magazine: "Motherhood is not for everyone. It is for me, but there's no reason women should feel rushed to have a child."

It's a philosophy that the average woman on the street seems to have bought into. In Ireland the average age for women giving birth for the first time is steadily rising, as is the number of women giving birth over 35. A decade ago, women over 35 accounted for 9pc of all first births, while now that figure stands at 14pc.

Fertility expert Sharon Murphy thinks this rise can be largely attributed to the cultural changes in the status of women. "Life has changed," she says.

"Most of our grandmothers would probably have been married by 18 and had children young but now women are more likely to marry late and have high-powered careers and jobs."

Sharon, a member of the Natural Network for reproductive health, trained under holistic reproductive specialist Zita West, and uses acupuncture to aid fertility.

Her treatment works hand in hand with IVF and she's seen increasing numbers of older women coming to her for help.

She says: "I have quite a mixed group of women who come to me but the majority would be over 35. Quite often they are women who work long hours, fly a lot, are very stressed and haven't realised how their own fertility works."

This observation is shared by parenting mentor Sheila O'Malley, who runs workshops and parenting website practicalparenting.ie. "I've definitely been aware of an increase in older parents in recent years," she says.

"There are more women coming in at the upper end of their 40s having 'change of life' babies."

But she doesn't believe age needs to be a prime factor in what makes a good parent.

She explains: "I think the old adage 'happy parent, happy child' is what matters and if you have a mum who is fulfilled and calm, then that matters more than what age she is."

She adds: "Older mums have a lot to offer that younger mums might not.

"After 40, I think most women have dealt with their own issues and are a lot calmer. They can bring a lot of mature life experience and often are in a more financially and emotionally secure place."

But despite the advantages of becoming a mum later in life, it's important to realise that pregnancy can become more difficult with age.

Courteney Cox (45) had a well-documented battle with fertility, suffering miscarriages and enduring cycles of IVF before giving birth to daughter Coco in 2004.

Sarah Jessica Parker (45) turned to a surrogate after admitting she'd made the decision after facing 'disappointment' when trying to expand her brood conventionally.

"It would be odd to have made this choice if I could have successful pregnancies since my son's birth," Parker told the chat-show host Billy Bush.

Sharon says it's important not to be too swayed by the ease at which Hollywood's older mums appear to 'have it all'. She says: "Whether they announce it or not, most of those women are not getting pregnant unaided.

"A 40-year-old woman has 40-year-old eggs and age is a massive factor in fertility. The success rate of IVF can increase dramatically with acupuncture but it's by no means a sure bet and women might need to look into other options such as donor eggs, to have a child."

Sheila agrees: "Being a mum is tough and there's no doubt that dealing with night feeds and lack of sleep is easier when you're younger.

"I also find a lot of women might not have the same support if they're having their first child late in life, as their peer group will already have been through it. And many mums who have left a busy corporate lifestyle to sit at home with a baby can find it quite difficult to adjust.

"That said, there are always going to be trials and tribulations for mums at any age. The most important thing is to get support and look after yourself. Attitude matters more than age."

Megan Fox in "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen"

Megan Fox says she wasn't dropped from "Transformers 3."

It was reported earlier Wednesday (May 19) that the actress, who starred in the first two installments of the "Transformers" franchise, wouldn't be cast in the third picture, set to shoot this summer. A rep for Paramount confirmed to MTV News that the studio didn't renew Fox's option.

Now, Fox is saying it was she who opted out.

"Megan Fox will not be starring in 'Transformers 3,' " reps for the actress, 24, told People magazine. "It was her decision not to return. She wishes the franchise the best."

Fox and Michael Bay famously exchanged heated words around the release of "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" last summer, with the actress comparing the director to Hitler and the director saying the actress "still has a lot of growing up to do."

Despite their contentious relationship, the pair seemed set to reunite this summer for a third "Transformers" flick. But Deadline.com broke the story earlier today that Paramount had declined to pick up Fox's contractual option for "Transformers 3" and that giving star Shia LaBeouf a "new love interest makes more sense for the story," according to an unnamed source.

Fox's next project, "Jonah Hex," will be released June 18; it's an action film also starring Josh Brolin, John Malkovich and Will Arnett.

"Transformers 3" is set to hit theaters July 201

Fox Spent $ 2 Million on “Wall Street” in Cannes

By Roger Friedman

hollywoodnews.com: Coming to Cannes with a film isn’t cheap. If you want to do it the right way, you’d better come with cash.

Or the profits from “Avatar.”

Sources tell me that 20th Century Fox has spent upwards of $2 million to promote “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps” here this weekend.

That includes flying over Fox chiefs Tom Rothman and Jim Gianapolous (and presumably their families–who were all here), plus the cast starting with Michael Douglas, Josh Brolin (and presumably wife Diane Lane), Shia LaBeouf, Frank Langella, Carey Mulligan, and of course Oliver Stone–plus al the publicists, marketing and sales people, etc.

And this is just the beginning. “WS2″ doesn’t open until the fall. It will have premieres in New York and LA, and around the world. Stone may make some edit changes before then, which will necesitate critics seeing the movie again. And then there will awards promotion. Douglas, Stone, and Langella should all be in the mix. Also, the score of songs from David Byrne and Brian Eno.

But $2 mil just in Cannes? An insider notes that Fox chose to do all its publicity from the lavish and pricey Hotel duCap, a half hour away from Cannes. “They could have saved a lot of money doing all that stuff in town, at one of the hotels,” sniffs an observer.

Checking in with Paris Hilton: French Riviera, 10th fragrance launch

Hollywoodnews.com: Lately Paris Hilton has been driving crowds wild on the French Riveria, making an appearance at the Cannes Film Festival with sister Nicky in tow. She also made a pit stop at the Red Bull Energy Station party in Monte Carlo, to check out the energy drink’s Formula 1 race car.

The big question remains: What is Paris Hilton going to produce next? God knows she has the power to be a Michael Douglas, producer-wise (the actor shephereded “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest” very early on in his career). She has produced (and starred in) two raunchy comedies to date, “The Hottie and the Nottie” as well as “Pledge This!” – two films that essentially went straight to video and remained uncharted at the domestic box office. The hotel heiress’ image and fortune would change greatly if she tried to throw her money at a prestige project.

Meanwhile, she has just launched her 10th perfume “Tease,” which People calls “a fruity floral blend of Fuji apple, white peach nectar and bergamot, balanced with white flowers and a base of amber, blonde woods and warm sand.”

For the fragrance’s promotion, Hilton dressed up like a vintage Hollywood starlet.

“I got to dress up like my idol Marilyn Monroe, and we ended up with some great photos,” Paris told PEOPLE, “she has always been an inspiration to me.”

Hilton’s take on Tease: “It’s playful and sexy–perfect for grabbing attention.”

Woody Allen looks to Adrien Brody for “Midnight in Paris”

Hollywoodnews.com: Despite the lukewarm reviews that Woody Allen’s latest comedy “You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger” has received out of Cannes, the helmer continues to habitually churn out one film annually.

The Hollywood Reporter recently announced that Oscar winning actor Adrien Brody will join Allen’s latest romantic comedy production “Midnight in Paris” which already boasts a top-shelf cast of Owen Wilson, Marion Cotillard, Rachel McAdams, Kathy Bates and Michael Sheen as well as the first lady of France Carla Bruni-Sarkozy.

“Midnight” begins lensing this summer in Paris, of course.

Brody and Wilson previously starred together onscreen in “the Darjeeling Limited.” Brody can next be seen in the Warner Bros. sci-fi thriller “Splice” on June 4 and Fox’s July 9 release “Predators.”

“Midnight” follows a family’s travels in Paris, one set of protagonists being a couple who are romantically on the fence.

Katy Perry on her upcoming wedding: No drunks and bring your passports

Hollywoodnews.com: Kate Perry continues to talk about her October wedding to Russell Brand.

Just do it, girl! Go elope! No more details! Don’t jinx it.

Apparently, she’s sent out ‘Save the Date’ cards to her closest ones.

News of the World has seen the actual note, a hand-shaped henna invite. The card urges guests to “Save The Week for the wedding of Katy and Russell” from October 18 to 25 and reveals attendees “will need a passport”. The invite also states guests “will be contacted soon with more information”.

Hindustan Times believes that the wedding will be in Goa, India where Brand engaged Perry on New Year’s Eve.

Perry wants the festival to be small so that there aren’t a lot of drunk people in attendance. Hmm, are there many relatives in the family who don’t hold their liquor? C’mon it’s wedding! Everyone has drunk relatives. All weddings have their embarrassing moments.

In a previous interview, Perry exclaims “We don’t want it to be a drunk fest of people, just one night and then forgetting about it. We want it to be about love. The wedding will be small. I always have a ton of people around me and I think the people that are going to share this moment with us are the people we want to integrate into each other’s lives.”

Also their celeb friends won’t need to alter their plans – because some of them aren’t getting invited. (Why? Perhaps they’re also drunks).

In his next film, Brand will play an alcoholic playboy in the remake of the 1980’s Oscar nominated comedy “Arthur.”
